The factory "UralHydraulics" was established in 2001 in the secret town Lesnoe (Sverdlovskaya region) on the base of military mill. The evergrowing demand on the domestic stock equipment market was the reason for foundation. The partner for hydraulic engines supply became German company.
To achieve the best quality of equipment, the pallet trucks, produced by different European companies, were tested thorously. And the best construction decisions were laid on the base of "Tura" T-25 pallet truck. After producing the first series of the pallet trucks, special tests were carry out on the military mill test benches. It helped to reveal the weakest parts of construction and to eliminate them. Hydraulic (T-1015, T-1030) and electro hydraulic (E-1030) stackers were prepared for producing in the same way.
The next stage of presenting the trucks on the Russian stock equipment market was free-will certification, that "UralHydraulics" passed to confirm the quality of products by the RosTest institutions. The tests of equipment (stackers and pallet trucks under cover of "Tura") were lead by independent laboratory. And the result is unique Russian trademark of the small load lifting technique!

Some words about the factory:

• There are 134 employees and 14 of them are engineering staff.
• The equipment used for production is 30% modern foreign machines, and 70% is domestic machines used before for military producing purposes.
  

Factory structure:

• Technological processes, carried on inside the factory are: welding, stamping, and assembling manufacturing, foundry, paint working and mechanical working.
• Technological processes, carried on outside the factory are: technical plastics producing, paintwork products producing, producing of hydraulic engines and rubber goods.
  

For the moment the factory produces:

• Pallet truck – 350 pcs\monthly.
• Manual hydraulic stacker –50 pcs\monthly.
• Electro hydraulic stacker – 10 pcs\monthly.
  
  

The factory has more then 70 dialers in 20 cities of Russia.

The planed selling range for 2004 year is 12000 pcs of pallet trucks, 1200 pcs of manual hydraulic stackers and more then 180 pcs of electro hydraulic stackers.
